Refund and Returns Policy
At Rajshahi Silks, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our authentic silk products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Conditions

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your saree must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original premium packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via Bank Transfer/Mobile Banking).

You will receive the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s or bank’s policies.
Non-Returnable Items

Items on Clearance Sale or purchased during special discount campaigns are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Custom-made or personalized silk products cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), Rajshahi Silks will bear the shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@rajshahisilks.com or message our official Facebook page at Rajshahi Silks with photos of the defect. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you.
